ManTech is actively seeking a committed Lead Financial Consultant to become part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute financial forecasting and modeling activities.
  • Manage financial analysis initiatives and statistical evaluations.
  • Provide essential financial assessments and management reports through various monthly reporting mechanisms.
  • Assist in establishing project objectives, formulating plans, timelines, cost projections, resource allocations, and corresponding budgets to achieve program objectives while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Advise on investment and project-related decisions.
  • Oversee team members in their daily responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of ten years of pertinent experience. Eighteen years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background with the US Navy in a financial analyst capacity.
  • Previous collaboration with US Navy Program Managers.

Security Clearance:

  • Must be a US Citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a Secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time. Occasional movement within the office for various tasks.

The compensation range for this role is $135,300-$226,400. Various factors such as contract wage determination, relevant experience, skills, geographic location, education, and certifications may influence final compensation.
