Responsibilities:

  • Open new customers for the business through cold emails and cold calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and explore additional opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as CN sales teams, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
  • Prepare and present price quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Eligible to work in the US.
  • Proven experience of over 5 years as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the pet products or related supplier industry is preferred.
  • Experience working with leading retailers or brands in the United States.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred
