The Role

The Grassroots Marketing Intern will assist the team in securing and executing grassroots marketing partnerships. This will include helping to scale a program that offers free players to businesses that families frequent and helping kickstart a new program.



What you’ll be doing:

  • Research target markets, identify key stakeholders, and explore opportunities for community engagement and outreach.

  • Engage with local businesses, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our brand and initiatives.

  • Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and opportunities to participate and contribute.

  • Data Collection and Analysis:

    • Collect and analyze data from grassroots marketing activities to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

    • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of grassroots marketing campaigns.

    • Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing marketing materials, maintaining trackers, and coordinating logistics with partners.


What you’ll bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse audiences.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for grassroots marketing and community engagement.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
