Our capsules are shipped straight to your door frozen; all you need to do is peel back the lid, add water or milk, and enjoy.

Our coffee has received rave reviews from celebrities (including David Chang, Aaron Paul, and Seth Rogen), coffee aficionados, and entrepreneurial leaders alike. We've built a 70K sqft state-of-the-art production facility in Gloucester, MA that leverages custom-built machines, a proprietary brew science, and novel flash-freeze technology that preserves coffee freshness like never before. We are now scaling our business across multiple channels, from direct-to-consumer to retail, wholesale, online delivery, and more.

The Role

We are looking for a marketing intern to help us deliver on Cometeer's marketing vision. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing, growth and product teams. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter who independently and consistently seeks opportunities to improve our marketing efforts, generate revenue opportunities, and enhance the customer experience across the board at Cometeer. They also need to be a supportive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high impact and cross-functional work environment.

This is a part-time role for around 20 hours per week (flexible in how the hours are allocated throughout the week) that will be performed on-site in our NY Office. This is a paid position in the range of $19/h- $20/h.

What you'll do:

  • Campaign Support:
    • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
    • Help with the creation and scheduling of social media posts, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with the brand's voice.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and gather data on campaign performance metrics, website traffic, and social media engagement.
    • Help create basic reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to the team.
  • Content Creation:
    • Contribute to content creation efforts, such as writing blog posts, drafting social media copy, and creating visual assets.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
    • Compile and organize data to provide insights into potential marketing opportunities.
  • Data Management:
    • Assist in maintaining and updating marketing databases, contact lists, and customer profiles.
    • Support the team in organizing and analyzing data from various marketing campaigns.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and managing marketing materials.
    • Assist in coordinating logistics for events, webinars, and promotional activities.
    • Assist in ad-hoc office duties.
  • Learning and Growth:
    • Take advantage of opportunities to learn from experienced marketing professionals.
    • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects.
