As the Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales and client success. You'll be responsible for recruiting for our high-level mentorship programs, building meaningful connections with potential clients, and providing personalized guidance through the onboarding process.

Role Responsibilities & duties:

  • Engage with active leads to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Present and communicate the features, benefits, and value of the products and programs offered by The Vocal Wallstreet™.
  • Negotiate terms and payment options to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
  • Overcome objections and address any concerns or doubts potential customers may have.
  • Create a sense of urgency and encourage customers to make a purchasing decision or enroll in programs.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the products and programs, including any discounts, promotions, or special offers.
  • Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation related to sales and program enrollments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product offerings and program details.
  • Track and report on sales performance, including conversion rates and revenue generated.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Continuously improve sales closing techniques and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales representative role, with a track record of successful sales and client relationship building. At least 2-3 years of sales experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize CRM software and sales tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Enthusiastic and results-oriented.

Compensation + Benefits:

  • Ability to earn between $7-10K per month
    • Compensation for this role is solely based on commissions, with earnings tied directly to successful product sales and program enrollments.
