Job Overview
At LabLynx, we are pioneering innovative solutions for the laboratory sector, and we are in search of a dynamic and results-driven sales representative to contribute to our vision. The role involves managing product demonstrations, nurturing client and prospect relationships, developing quotes, creating contracts, completing RFIs/RFPs, generating leads, and successfully closing sales.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of the sales cycle, experience in B2B sales, and confidence in public speaking, as this position frequently entails leading presentations, participating in trade shows, and networking with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads
- Conduct product demonstrations for a diverse range of prospective clients
- Collect software project requirements throughout the sales process
- Prepare and present quotes and contracts to potential clients
- Complete RFIs and RFPs efficiently
- Maintain accurate contact records in HubSpot CRM
- Represent LabLynx at industry trade shows
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of sales experience
- A bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in B2B and/or software sales is advantageous
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus
- A background in laboratory or scientific fields is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven results
- Comfortable leading cold outreach via calls and emails to qualify leads
