Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee and manage our financial transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure accurate processing and recording of the company’s accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, as well as monitoring and managing the collections and payments process.

What you’ll do
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve any discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Generate financial reports and statements detailing accounts receivable and accounts payable status.
- Review and approve adjustments, refunds, etc., within established guidelines and policies.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for accounts receivable and accounts payable
- management.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and resolve issues.
- Will supervisor a staff of 5 direct reports
What you’ll need
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Accounting with 2- 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Experience with SAP a plus
- Experience with general accounting practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Strong interpersonal skills
