  • Explain Marketing expense variances between budget versus actuals
  • Support global Marketing forecast process including in quarter, annual, and multiyear planning
  • Create monthly reporting for distribution to Senior Management
  • Analyze Marketing contributed pipeline to ultimately increase sales performance
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management as needed to review and improve business and financial performance
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • 3-5 years work experience in FP&A department
  • Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationship with key partners
  • Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
  • Good attitude and trainability is important
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Workday, Coupa is a plus
  • Prior experience managing headcount and conducting BvA calls (Budget vs Actual) is a plus
