Position Summary: Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Social Wellness, this position is responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns. The role involves a variety of tasks that support the overall marketing efforts of MARSELL Wellness Center.

Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across different channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
Content Creation and Management:
  • Create and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, emails, newsletters, social media posts, and blog articles.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
Market Research:
  • Conduct research to identify target audiences and market trends.
  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their marketing and sales strategies.
  • Compile and report findings to assist in decision-making.
Social Media Management:
  • Manage and monitor the company's social media profiles and presence.
  • Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages.
  • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Administrative Support:
  • Maintain marketing calendars and track project timelines.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare reports for the marketing team.
  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for marketing activities.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Liaise between different business lines.
  • Work with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
