Position Summary: Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Social Wellness, this position is responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns. The role involves a variety of tasks that support the overall marketing efforts of MARSELL Wellness Center.

Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across different channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, emails, newsletters, social media posts, and blog articles.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and market trends.
- Gather data on competitors and analyze their marketing and sales strategies.
- Compile and report findings to assist in decision-making.
- Manage and monitor the company's social media profiles and presence.
- Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain marketing calendars and track project timelines.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare reports for the marketing team.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for marketing activities.
- Liaise between different business lines.
- Work with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to ensure successful project execution.

- Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and quality in marketing materials and campaigns.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
