We are looking for a mission driven Associate Behavioral Health Director to join our team Under the general supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, the Associate Behavioral Health Director provides clinical patient care and clinical supervision (.7 FTE) and assists with administrative responsibilities (.3 FTE) necessary for the effective operation of the satellite clinics. The Associate Behavioral Health Director provides, develops, supports, and coordinates patient care and patient support activities. They also provide leadership and clinical supervision to the Behavioral Health Therapists at the satellite locations. This requires collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer, Behavioral Health Director, medical providers, and leadership members across OneWorld clinics.

This is a full-time position, location to be determined. The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Minimum of a Master’s degree in mental health (Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work) required.
  2. Licensure as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Nebraska required, or license-eligible.
  3. Three or more years of clinical experience required.
  4. Two or more years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, required. Proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal, strongly preferred.
  6. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required. Experience with an Electronic Health Record preferred.
  7. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to working in a fast-paced clinic, all while maintaining accurate patient documentation in a timely manner.
  8. Demonstrated ability to master new techniques and/or expectations as a clinician and as an administrator.
  9. Demonstrated ability to work and lead in a team-based environment.
  10. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse patients and staff.
  11. Ability and willingness to travel to and from multiple work locations. Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
