Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic New Business Development Executive to join our ambitious team. This role is pivotal in identifying and engaging potential clients, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will embody our core values, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, ownership, and a long-term vision in every action and strategy developed. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Business Growth: Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing space. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to position No Joke Marketing Agency as a leader in the industry. 

Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with prospective clients by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored marketing solutions that deliver measurable results. 

Sales Leadership: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition of new clients to the account management team. 

Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and account management teams to develop innovative proposals that align with client objectives and agency capabilities.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 

Proven track record of generating new business and meeting/exceeding sales targets in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment. 

Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends. 

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 

Ability to think strategically and act with a long-term vision. 

Demonstrated ability to act like an owner, taking initiative and demonstrating leadership in all tasks. 

Commitment to making a positive generational impact through business practices and community involvement.
