Job Duties:
  • Achieve sales goals by retaining existing customers and acquiring new business.
  • Provide strategic recommendations, pricing, and customized solutions to meet individual customer needs.
  • Prepare and propose product and service quotations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close transactions.
  • Initiate sales calls and deliver presentations to customers in various industrial applications.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Oversee delivery, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, engineering, and technical staff to understand customer needs and develop specifications.
  • Research local markets to identify sales opportunities and competitors.
  • Build rapport with customers and understand their core business profit drivers.
  • Record account, contract, and sales activities daily in the CRM.
  • Perform other related duties and provide progress reports as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in results-oriented sales.
  • Associate Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Background in industrial sales (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to devise and execute strategies for increasing market share.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in customer presentations.
  • Proficient in Excel and Office 365; familiarity with Dynamics or other CRM platforms desirable.
  • Valid driver's license required.
