                                                                                 SUMMARY

ELEMIS is seeking a current student pursuing a major in business and/or finance to join us as a finance intern. In this role, you will support the finance team in ensuring all cross-functional teams have the appropriate tools to drive business.

Our intern will gain general knowledge in various aspects of finance through hands-on experience and ownership of select projects. A successful candidate will be able to work efficiently on solo projects as well as within a team environment. This is an opportunity for someone who is proactive and self-motivated to gain real-life experience and learn in a growing luxury skincare brand. 

                                                                   ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities:

  • Help manage the weekly distribution of KPI metrics distributed across the company.
  • Financial reporting to support cross-functional teams.
  • Tracking expenses of marketing/sales teams.
  • Manage and own ad-hoc projects.
  • Additional tasks as assigned. 

Sustainability Responsibility

Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars.

                                                              QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS 

  • Pursuing a degree in a related field.
  • An advanced user of Microsoft Excel. 
  • Be comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings. 
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy. 
  • Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong desire to learn.  

                                                                 PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work in normal office conditions.
  • Must be able to commit up to 20 hours a week.
  • Work from NYC Office.
