A&I Cleaners is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Residential Direct Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services directly to residential customers within the designated area.

Responsibilities:

1. Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with potential customers by going door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, presenting our service, and addressing any questions or concerns.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our service to effectively communicate its features and benefits to potential customers.

3. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by actively seeking out new customers and maintaining positive relationships with existing ones.

4. Customer Education: Educate customers on the value of our services, providing information on how it can meet their needs and improve their living experience.

5. Documentation: Accurately and promptly document all sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information in the provided systems.

6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the sales initiatives.

7. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the management team to help improve our products and services.

Qualifications:

1. Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

4. Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

5. Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a sales role.

6. Must have reliable transportation.
