Our Sales Representatives:
- Greet and identify customer needs and wants, both in the store and on the phone
- Working knowledge of word, excel and ability to learn our company point of sale system
- Ability to learn company sales policy and knowledge of products
- Call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders
- Answer phone and conduct telephone sales as necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, store personnel and management for daily sales and services
- Will be responsible for properly merchandising showroom floor
- Receive payments and post amount paid to customer's account
- Perform duties which include rentals, sales, verifications, collections, etc. as necessary
- Problem solving as it relates to customer needs
- Make daily customer contacts to solicit new business
- Must have a valid drivers license at all times and be able to drive company and customer vehicles
- Explain rent-to-own program to customers
- Recommend and quote prices on tires and wheels
- Assist customer in completing required paperwork
- Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds and function well in a physically demanding environment
- Normal five day work week to include Saturdays. Normal business hours are 9:00am until 6:00pm or later
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
