We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Manager with proven experience in marketing operations to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in optimizing marketing processes, managing marketing technology platforms, and supporting various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical skills, creative flair, and a passion for driving marketing excellence.


This position is hybrid working (2-3 days in office required) from our Peachtree Corners, GA headquarters.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing software.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain marketing workflows and related tracking mechanisms to monitor lead flows and performance across various channels, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and reports to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline lead tracking processes, improve data integrity and reporting, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations, making recommendations to enhance our marketing capabilities.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement tools for various marketing channels, including the website, blogs, social media, email, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives including product launches, events, and lead generation activities.
  • Support research to identify relevant topics, industry trends, and competitor insights to inform content creation.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing planning and marketing operations, with 1-3 years prior experience being in a supervisory position.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in enterprise capture software, banking software, financial services, or fintechs strongly preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and channels.
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
