Job Description

Brightspeed is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will be a critical asset in ensuring seamless operations and supporting executive leadership. Your role will involve managing complex administrative tasks and high-priority projects while thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.  

Impact: 

  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the executive's office, allowing leadership to focus on strategic priorities. 
  • Project Management: Manage multiple high-priority projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the executive team and organizational objectives. 
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the team and with external stakeholders, enhancing organizational performance. 

As A Marketing Coordinator, Your Responsibilities Will Include: 

Administrative Support: 

  • Act as the key administrative support for the marketing team, handling day-to-day tasks with discretion and efficiency. 
  • Manage complex scheduling, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. 
  • Screen, prioritize, and route communications, ensuring timely responses and proper handling of urgent matters. 
  • Prepare and edit agendas, reports, presentations, and other critical materials for meetings and strategic discussions. 
  • Process travel expenses and manage budget-related documentation in alignment with company policies.

Project and Calendar Management: 

  • Oversee the execution of high-priority projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. 
  • Maintain and update team calendars, balancing multiple commitments and adjusting priorities as needed. 
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.

  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment. 
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with travel management and expense reporting systems. 
  • You maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
