Your Role:

Step into the spotlight as our Executive Chef, the mastermind behind our culinary magic. This is not just a leadership role; it’s a hands-on position where your creativity and passion for innovation will have space to grow, pushing boundaries and setting trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Leadership: Command, coach, and inspire the culinary teams across five distinct outlets, each serving up a unique experience.
  • Hands-On Creativity: Be the hands-on hero in our central kitchen, crafting bold dishes with next-in-kitchen ideas.
  • Innovation and Excellence: Constantly push the culinary boundaries, introducing new techniques, flavors, and presentations that make us stand out.
  • Quality Control: Ensure every dish reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Fiscal Accountability: Monitor and track food costs and labor and find efficiencies to ensure the financial health of our culinary operations. Prior knowledge of ADP, Avero, and Adaco is preferred.
  • Team Development: Mentor and elevate our culinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-end culinary establishment, with a track record of managing multiple outlets.
  • Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong proven leadership abilities with experience in mentoring, developing, and inspiring a diverse culinary team.
  • Fiscal Acumen: Experience building and understanding budget management.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing the complexities of running multiple dining outlets.
