Job Summary:

The Jr. Restoration Claims Coordinator will be responsible for managing insurance restoration claims from initial evaluation through to final settlement. They will work closely with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and our internal mitigation / restoration team to ensure that all aspects of the claim are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Daily use of internal database (DASH) – update with all applicable notes, documents & accounting information

Scheduling

Monitoring Estimator/ Project Manager calendar

Complete files follow up throughout mitigation & reconstruction.

Daily file review on all ongoing and pending jobs belonging to your Estimator(s)/Project Manager(s)

Customer service calls throughout job process

Supervision and direct policy and procedures for all essential business requirements in claims management.

Protocol and full adherence to all standard operating procedures and best business practices for the ACER emergency service and Build Back department.

Full management of daily operations to include coordination of Build Back Division Project managers and estimators. Scheduled calendars that will provide logistical daily info for our entire field team to include plumbing, Emergency Services, Build Back, environmental and any support staff assigned at the divisional level.

Experience level to write/read estimates & execute change orders & work orders to submit on a per job basis.

Proficient with all in house project management & software systems while maintaining high level accountability to job cycles and due diligence with claims management and estimators.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently from inception and that all information pertaining to the policyholder and insurance carrier are valid and allow for proper deployment by All County service teams.

Will conduct and oversee all Emergency service estimates and accountability measures on a per job basis to meet the divisional requirements of both forecasted sales and margin criteria.

Manage day-to-day claims operations, including full evaluation of service call, adjudication, and customer service in accordance with All County and the client’s quality and production standards.

Track and monitor daily claim/job activity for appropriate case loading with build back PM’s & estimators & field teams and assignment of new matters, escalation and reassignment of matters, and monitoring closure rates to ensure appropriate staff loading and budgetary requirements as set forth by All County Management.

Communicate accordingly between All County and all carrier clients and program administrators.

Analyze and identify process improvement and be part of the solution.

Full understanding and ongoing education as needed to All County Insurance carrier program work.

Coordinate and control all guideline requirements in adherence with all Insurance carrier programs that All County is affiliated or contractually obligated to maintain.

Report and manage all aspects of divisional P& L requirements and key metrics as set forth by management.

Enter all financial data accurately and completely into Dash for final closeouts and audits.

Generate weekly reports for all labor activity in all divisions from multiple systems as well create reports on demand as needed by management.

Will serve as a liaison for All County in corporate and business development activities both on and off site.

Will serve as a liaison for All County in all after hour’s emergency service communication to ensure logistic continuity of teams.

Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and co-workers.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience with DASH program.

A working knowledge in construction and insurance restoration functional areas

Technology: Able to compose/design document templates, letters and spreadsheets/databases using Office productivity software and other related software. Work within an MS Windows environment. Able to adapt to new technology and different records systems.

Education and Experience:

1+ years of experience in Construction Insurance Claims

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
