What We Need:

Obagi is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to partner director with our Director of Professional & Channel Marketing to brainstorm, create, and launch B2B email campaigns, affiliate, and loyalty programs specific to our Physician dispensed channel.

What You’ll Do:

  • B2B Campaign Planning & Execution:
    • Manage the end-to-end process for email campaigns and trigger flows, including building, scheduling, customer segmentation, and deployment.
    • Fully manage email (Klaviyo) channel through campaign calendar
    • Partner with Sales and Branding teams to ideate, strategize, and plan custom email initiatives, from one-off campaigns to email automation.
    • Utilize data and technology to create a thoughtful customer journey and initiatives that drive product awareness, retention, and repurchase.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders on performance metrics and ROI.
    • Collaborate with graphic design, global, and brand teams on campaign storytelling to ensure consistent messaging for email campaigns.
    • Create exclusive B2B/B2C digital assets and toolkits for social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • B2B Affiliate Marketing:
    • Manage and oversee B2B affiliate marketing program with cross-functional departments.
    • Develop and grow overall program strategy that aligns with business goals.
    • Monitor, track, and report on program results and develop new ideas based on key findings.
  • B2B & B2C Loyalty Programs:
    • Strategize and develop new B2B loyalty programs for professional accounts.
    • Analyze KPIs and relevant data points to assess program effectiveness and areas of improvement.
  • B2B Website & Ordering Portal:
    • Manage external website/portal for professionals and third-party ordering sites, ensuring high adoption, and a pleasant customer experience.
    • Partner cross functionally with various teams to improve site experience and regularly refresh relevant content
    • Set up promotions and A/B testing on external ordering portal
    • Monitor ordering behavior, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to increase or improve overall sales.

What You’ll Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required; a focus in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or similar related fields strongly preferred.
  • At least 6-8+ years of demonstrated success in digital marketing and basic to moderate understanding of HTML & CSS.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail regarding design layouts and copy.
  • Strong qualitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of analysis and metrics to drive continuous improvement and decision making.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization/time management skills; demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technologies.
  • Possess an energetic, positive attitude that encourages a team and supports the growth and professional development of others.
