When you join our team, you'll undergo a comprehensive onboarding process where we'll equip you with a specialized skill set. You'll learn how to turn leads into appointments, conduct effective seller consultations, and master real estate contracts. Our goal is to get you into production within a few weeks. After onboarding, our comprehensive training continues with sessions held multiple times a week, covering topics like roleplays, listing appointment preparation, closing techniques, and more – both in-person and via Zoom.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
  • Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for your clients.
  • Conduct property evaluations and prepare listing presentations to provide value and market expertise to sellers.
  • Be readily available to assist and support your clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in all systems and CRMs, in collaboration with channel partners.
