We are partnering with a PNW client in the workspace (full-service solution for office furniture) seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to play a crucial role in expanding the customer base and to achieve ambitious sales targets. If you have a proven track record in consultative selling, strategic relationship building, and extensive knowledge of furniture products, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from opportunity identification to successful client onboarding.
  • Exceed monthly and annual sales targets through focused lead generation and effective closing strategies.
  • Lead negotiations and secure profitable business deals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers (architecture, design firms, etc.) to ensure long-term success.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and continuously improve performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development and/or account management within the furniture industry.
  • Proven success in generating new business leads and closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hon furniture products and their competitive advantages.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and B2B sales dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
