Position Title: Product Manager, Revenue

People come to LTK to shop millions of products tried and styled by real people. LTK connects people/shoppers with Creators who match their personal style and get inspired everyday. Hundreds of thousands of Creators across social media and blogs use LTK to turn their hobbies and passions into entrepreneurship and help support their dreams and families financially. We are looking for a Product Manager to provide a world class orders and payment system. You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and delivery of our Creator Payout Experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, Product, Revenue Operations and Accounting to deliver high-quality, user-centric revenue solutions that meet market needs and drive business growth.

How you will make an impact

  • Create user-centric financial products that enhance the customer experience, introducing automated payouts.
  • Deeply understand the workflow both with Creators and Internal partners to get orders paid and identify solutions.
  • Streamline product development processes and prioritize key features, leading to more efficient project execution and faster time-to-market for new and updated products.
  • Ensure that products are compliant and minimize financial and operational risks.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common product goals spanning over Accounting, Revenue Operations, Data, and Product Teams.

What you will bring to LTK

  • Strong grasp of product development, including experience with the entire lifecycle from concept to launch, and the ability to leverage revenue data to inform decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen to understand all aspects of the businesses including sales, order processing, operations/fulfillment, and accounting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business units and communicate with engineering, stakeholders, and management.
  • Strong skills in analyzing data using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms to drive product decisions and measure performance.
  • You have a positive attitude and desire to learn about the Creator industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on financial products or services.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching financial products or similar offerings.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Previous experience managing a backend system is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
