• Coordinate patient appointments and provide exceptional customer service.
• Educate patients on treatments, procedures, and post-care instructions.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, ai messaging, and in-person, ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Maintain organized patient records, handle administrative tasks, and assist with billing.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives via social media and foster a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Medspa customer service or patient coordination.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with medical spa services and terminology.
• Proficient in scheduling software and basic office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Fluent in both Spanish and English is a plus
