This role will primarily focus on expanding our rental business by actively prospecting new customers. The perfect candidate will be a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is obsessed with customer success, and is energised by a high performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with current customers to increase revenue & units on rent.
  • Generate leads, cold call prospects, and continually work sales funnel, converting leads to wins.
  • Actively engaging businesses within your target market - site visits, industry events, cold calls, etc.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. 
  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • Extensive sales experience.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Emboldened by challenges.

Physical Requirements: 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
