• Coordinate and remind attorneys to submit their time.
• Track billing process and assist Billing Coordinator with Pre-Bill processes.
• Work within Aderant timekeeping system.
• Process check requests.
• Assist with monthly reports to Firm clients.
Qualifications:
• Possess 2-4 years of billing experience. Legal experience is must.
• Must be able to clearly communicate and receive direction well.
• Must be able to work well within a team environment as well as individually.
• Previous knowledge of Aderant and strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
