Billing Representative

As a Full Time Billing Representative at Wisper ISP, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage with customers through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, SMS, and in-person interactions at our retail storefront in Wasington, MO. By embodying our core values, you will follow billing procedures meticulously, troubleshoot customers' internet connectivity issues, and escalate complex issues appropriately. Your role will involve assisting customers with billing inquiries, ensuring access to online systems, and performing essential administrative tasks to support both customers and the local store front. If you are a problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while upholding integrity and innovation, this position is perfect for you.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30a-6p

This is an in-office position. Anyone who is brought on for this role will be expected to work in our local retail office full-time, 5 days a week. Candidate must live within one hour's driving distance from the local office and have reliable transportation.

Requirements for this Billing Representative job

To excel as a Full Time Billing Representative at Wisper ISP, candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with at least 1 year of customer service experience. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining regular and predictable attendance to meet the demands of customer interactions and administrative responsibilities. Proficiency in utilizing various software and tools to manage billing procedures, customer inquiries, and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues is essential. The ability to effectively communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, SMS, and in-person interactions while upholding the company's core values is key to thriving in this dynamic position.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year customer service experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
  • Regular & predictable attendance required
