Billing Coordinator
Our esteemed legal firm is in search of a proficient Billing Coordinator to oversee the comprehensive billing operations for various attorneys across multiple locations.
We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
Prior experience in a legal billing environment is essential.
Familiarity with Elite, 3E, Aderant, or comparable legal billing software is mandatory.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not a strict requirement.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing and scrutinizing monthly billing statements to guarantee precision and thoroughness
- Issuing invoices and dispatching them to clients
- Collaborating with attorneys and clients to address billing discrepancies or issues
- Entering billable hours and expenses into the financial system
