We are looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid or remote capacity. The person in this role will play a pivotal role in [re]shaping and executing our marketing vision. As part of our Business Development team, they will collaborate closely with sales leaders and our external marketing partner to drive strategies that resonate with our audience and fuel long-term growth.

JOB PURPOSE:  

The responsibilities of this role will span strategic planning and hands-on execution, from leveraging SEO analytics to creating blogs and case studies for enhanced visibility. If you're a proactive, creative thinker with a knack for strategy and execution, we'd love to have you on board to shape the future of our marketing initiatives. This position is hybrid; it requires 2 days per week in our Butler NJ office (for anyone within 30 miles), with occasional client meetings, trade shows, or any other in-person interactions as needed.

 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


Marketing:

  • Liaise with our marketing partner, track and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental meetings & external meetings/ events.
  • Review current and new tradeshow opportunities.
  • Travel for tradeshows or client interactions and coordinate logistical needs.
  • Curate and create company content: from concept to going live; including video, blog, photos, etc.
  • Promote company activity to both internal and external audiences.
  • Knowledgeable of competition and savvy and vocal about opportunities.
  • Able to report and present marketing metrics.
  • Innovate captivating digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives aligned with marketing and sales goals.
  • Interpret Google Analytics and pinpoint opportunities for enhanced SEO performance.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide insights into engagement and growth.
  • Use social media to drive content, increase brand awareness, and grow audience in specific industries and geography.
  • Create and update blogs and case studies based on industry hot topics.
  • Work with the sales team on identifying, planning, and executing the best trade shows and events to participate in.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization, keywords, landing pages, and geotargeting is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience organizing and managing events, conferences, and trade shows (in-person & virtual).
  • Video production/editing is a plus.

  • This position requires some travel (trade shows, in-person client meetings, etc.).
