Compensation:

$150,000 At Plan

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
  • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
  • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
Qualifications:
  • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
  • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines

  • Must be personable, with strong social/people skills
  • Past sales and/or sales experience is highly desired
  • Must be self-motivated and ambitious
  • Must possess a Great Attitude, and be able to inspire and motivate others
  • Must work well with others and in a Team Environment
  • Ability to work Mon-Fri and at least 2 Saturdays a month
