Job DescriptionJob Description

Aytu is currently seeking a highly driven, motivated, and entrepreneurial minded sales professional who enjoys the challenges of generating new business and making a difference in the lives patients that depend on our products. This individual will report to a Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with regional, national, and internal colleagues. Key customer audience includes Allergists, Pediatricians, Pharmacists and other HCP specialties.

Job Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Always represents Aytu BioPharma in a professional manner while adhering to all company, federal, state, and local policies
  • Displays confidence and professionalism even during times of stress and in difficult situations
  • Demonstrates business acumen and ability to understand relevant Allergy and Flouride disease states, products and marketplace
  • Displays teamwork and collaboration and understands that these are the fuel for organizational success
  • Exhibit strong territory skills by identifying and physically calling on an appropriate number of healthcare providers with the required frequency
  • Demonstrates a total office call approach to selling by placing value on every interaction and conversation with the Healthcare Provider (HCP)
  • Basic understanding of key payers, providers, and healthcare systems in the geography preferred but not required
  • Must maintain high ethical and moral standards
  • Ensures policies, legislation and procedures are adhered to: including company SOPs, 21 CFR Part 11 and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
  • Performs other duties as required
  • Required mandatory attendance including, but not limited to, new hire orientation, sales and product training, the annual National Sales Meeting, all of which are an integral part of our comprehensive professional development plan

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent oral communication and written skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Possess a current and valid license at all-times with clean motor vehicle record for the past 5 years
  • Documented successful sales track record preferred, but not required
