The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving productivity across the sales organization, being a true "hunter" for new business opportunities and supporting existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of outbound sales activities, including calls to potential customers, lead follow-ups, project pipeline management, and converting prospects to customers.
  • The capability to create a detailed profile of prospective buyers and existing clients.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities in under-penetrated territories.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager on territory planning and event strategy.
  • Maintain CRM database to track sales cycle metrics and build a pipeline.
  • Achieve individual and company sales targets, providing regular updates to management on account status.
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.
  • Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities.

Requirements:

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of outside Sales or Business Development experience.
  • Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
