Washington, United States The National Park Foundation Full time
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe National Park Foundation (NPF) is seeking a Senior Coordinator to join the Individual Giving team. This key support role is instrumental to the success of the Individual Giving team working to secure major gifts in service of The Campaign for National Parks - a $1B comprehensive fundraising initiative for NPF, and in partnership with the broader park community. NPF’s Individual Giving program continues to build new, and expand existing relationships with individuals and prospective donors to advance our mission to protect America’s national parks and connect people with these national treasures.

The Senior Coordinator will work closely with the Sr. Vice President of Individual Giving & Foundation Relations (SVP), to plan, coordinate, and implement effective strategies to secure investment in campaign priorities from individuals with the capacity to donate 5-, 6-, and 7 figure gifts and multi-year commitments. They will provide comprehensive support to the SVP and broader Individual Giving team to advance overarching efforts, ensuring the team meets and exceeds revenue and organizational goals.

WORKING AT NPF

In 1872 America did something unprecedented; it set aside more than one million acres of wilderness for the benefit and enjoyment of the people. For more than 100 years, citizen involvement and private philanthropy have helped to improve, preserve, and protect America’s national parks. Since it was established by Congress in 1967, NPF has sustained this legacy of private philanthropy. As the official nonprofit philanthropic partner of the National Park Service, the National Park Foundation generates private support and builds strategic partnerships to protect and enhance America’s national parks for present and future generations.
