DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop and maintain trusted and positive relationships with clients
- Attend conferences, seminars, and networking events on behalf of MCI and travel as required
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of products
- Identify new business opportunities
- Forecast and track key account metrics and targets aligned with company objectives
- Report on metrics and status of account transactions to Executive team monthly, quarterly and annually
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Perform other duties as needed
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- 1-3- years of proven sales experience
- Experience working in Energy or with Utilities, preferably
- Experience in delivering daily successful client-focused sales and customer service
- Experience collaborating with internal and external management at executive level
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and MRO Operations
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time with strict attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with customers outside of normal business hours as needed
- excellent listening, verbal, negotiation and presentation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
