Job Summary
The Key Account Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent customer service, sales support, and account management. The successful candidate will work closely with key customers to develop and maintain relationships, manage account activities, respond to inquiries and requests, and identify opportunities to sell additional services. This key role will be instrumental in developing the sales pitch and promoting a new program we plan to roll out to both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with existing key customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with our existing customer base.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Manage customer needs for project management of large orders, including following up on shipment dates and availability.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify new and expanded business opportunities in additional services and assist with sales efforts
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend strategies.
- Track and report customer data, sales performance, and other metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for customers, senior management, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Proven account management in a B2B professional setting or other relevant experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks with high degree of delegation skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

About Us
RoomOne Solutions is a dynamic and innovative company that sells “PTACs” in the commercial heating and air industry. A “PTAC,” or Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner, is the in-wall AC unit you most commonly see below the window in your hotel room. At RoomOne Solutions, we sell new and refurbished PTACs; manage the removal and installation of PTACs in the field; and refurbish used PTAC units to extend their useful life.
We serve a growing pool of valued customers, ranging from large brands to independent small-business owners, across the hospitality, managed care, and residential apartment markets. This role will play a key part in maintaining the large pool of customers as well as help develop and market new services to new and existing customers.
