We are currently seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor for our newly renovated property



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service.
  • Establish and maintain a proactive human resources function to ensure associate motivation, training, coaching, and development.
  • Manage in compliance with established labor, wage, hour and StepStone-related regulations and policies.
  • Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.
  • Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.
  • Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and inventory control.
  • Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Ability to accurately use various office and accounting software.
  • Serve guests and maintain a level of cleanliness that meets Marriott brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum lifting, pulling of 50 pounds.
  • Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
  • Standing long periods of time.
  • Must have weekend and evening availability.
  • Must have background in hospitality, knowledge of banquets and restaurant.
  • TIPS certified, preferred.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
