Position Summary:

Position Specifications:

  • Outlet: Seven Springs Slopeside.
  • Expected Pay Range: $2.83 - $5.29 / hour plus tips.
    • If hired for a tipped position, you are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20 / hour including tips.
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Part-Time.
  • Skill Level: Entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build connections with guests and fellow employees.
  • Share your enthusiasm for the mountains during service.
  • Adhere to the guidelines provided by leadership during daily pre-shift meetings.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all menu items to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Utilize a point-of-sale system to accurately enter orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift and at the end of the day.
  • Optionally ski/snowboard after work (location dependent).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training for all essential skills to perform your job safely.
  • A willingness to learn and grow.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.

The anticipated pay range is $20.00. This reflects the compensation we expect to offer for this position. Individual compensation decisions will be based on various factors.
