Responsibilities of the Server Role

  • Accurately process orders and input them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Handle customer payments and provide change as necessary.
  • Serve a variety of beverages and food items to patrons, including cold, frozen, and hot options.
  • Manage the transfer of supplies and equipment between storage and service areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area throughout the shift.
  • Perform cleaning duties for equipment and utensils, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum one year of bartending experience, with required certification from relevant training programs.
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage preparation, including alcoholic beverage service.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
  • Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English for effective communication with guests and order taking.
  • Basic math skills for operating a cash register, making change, and managing financial transactions.
  • Brand certification as necessary.
  • Competence in using a keyboard and POS procedures for order management and check processing.
  • Capability to work and remain standing in confined spaces for extended periods.
