Job overview

 

In order to expand our team, we are looking for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of property management and investment. The financial analyst intern assists in analyzing financial data, creating financial models, conducting market research, and helping formulate investment or business strategies. They support the financial analysis team and contribute to the company's financial decision-making process.

 

Here are the specifics:

 

  • Prepare spreadsheets to effectively show financial results and financial forecasts.
  • Analyze financial reports.
  • Create annual budget templates.
  • Assist in the development of program forecasts, budgets, and plans.
  • Research economic progressions to assist with the organization’s financial planning.
  • Constantly work to improve processes; make suggestions for productivity improvements, and optimize team member workflow, while continuing to meet our customers’ needs.

  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
