Location: Redlands, CA
Job Purpose: Serve as a key member of the project management team, supporting their
respective department General Manager. Taking a pro-active approach to
executing and completing company projects and tasks using independent
judgement and decision-making skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage administrative functions of Special Projects and Compliance extending to
creating power points, project plans, spreadsheets and gathering data to support
proposals
- Work with construction vendors and business partners to coordinate projects,
timelines and follow up on timely execution.
- Conduct site visits as needed to validate completed work or scope that needs
attention in tandem with maintenance teams. Ability to interact with all levels of
leadership.
- Review compliance at Warehouse and DC location to ensure adherence to
standards
- Understanding and review of TSA and WSA Agreements and of DC scorecard (WSA
Scorecard) to ensure compliance of standards and process.
- Execute tasks accurately utilizing programs and software;proofread all proposals to
ensure publication readiness.
- Pro-actively produce various reports to all the stakeholders of projects and provide
updates throughout project period.
- Support Compliance GM with administrative actions gathering data, publishing
correspondence, notes and follow up on critical tasks
- Other duties as assigned, inclusive of supporting IC and Maintenance departments
Education and/or Experience:
- Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- 2-3 years experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the Company's products and services

- Technical learning - strong computer skills required;i.E., MS Office, Excel
- Excellent Planning skills and attention to detail
- Analytical problem solving

- Organized and assertive in keeping projects on schedule follow up
Reasoning Ability:
