YOUR DAY

This is a full-time position that provides the flexibility professionals desire. While the schedule is adaptable, anticipate immersing yourself in the QSR industry with a minimum of 30% travel.

Each day holds the potential to shape the future of HR technology in the QSR sector. As a Business Technology Sales Associate, your responsibilities encompass crafting and executing a strategic sales plan tailored to QSR businesses. Building key relationships, phone prospecting, and networking to uncover new opportunities will be integral to your routine. Developing compelling proposals, closing deals, and staying ahead of QSR industry trends will be key facets of your daily agenda. Additionally, representing Alliance HCM at industry events will add a dynamic touch to your role. To do this, you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven success in sales, particularly engaging complex buying groups with multiple decision-makers
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to make 30% travel requirement
