Responsibilities
  • Post Vehicle sales transactions
  • Maintain and reconcile vehicle inventory daily
  • Process wholesale and dealer trade title work
  • Process floorplan payoffs, dealer reserves, floorplan reconciliations, perform monthly inventory reconciliations
  • Post preowned vehicle purchases to general ledger

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Highly organized and eagerness to improve
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • Work with all levels of employee
