About the Position:
This person is responsible for assisting the Facilities department with preventive maintenance, repairs and projects involving the building and grounds. Preference may be given to candidates with pool & spa certifications and/or hospitality experience. This position requires availability for mornings, evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance tasks for facility buildings and grounds.
  • Pool maintenance
  • HVAC filter maintenance
  • Assist with network wiring
  • Light construction including plumbing, carpentry, wall patching and painting
  • Basic operation of the HVAC, Electrical, City water, DI water, Security and Fire Alarm, Door Control and Plumbing systems in each building
  • Offsite pickup of parts and supplies
  • Courier for delivering supplies and mail
  • Assist with furniture and employee moves
  • Check and secure buildings
  • Works in close relationship with all All Points North staff in general.

Education: This position requires a high school education or equivalent.


Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in the building trades and good working knowledge of hand and power tools. One year Hospitality experience preferred.


Special Skills & Knowledge: This person must have good communication skills, be adaptable and accept changes quickly. A valid driver’s license is necessary. Some overtime and weekend on-call hours may occasionally occur. Must supply your own basic hand tools and have them available to do the work assigned.

  • Routine mobility to include standing, stooping, bending, climbing, lifting, walking and running.
  • Ability to lift and move 50-75 lbs.

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Pool & spa certifications
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, & weekends as scheduled.
  • High level of reliability, flexibility and strong moral-ethical values.

  • Appropriate interpersonal/personal boundaries.
