JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.

**JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES**

Perform logistics/analyses and supply support tasks within a specific work unit (ILS planning, maintenance planning, supply support, test and support equipment, packaging/handling/storage/transportation, personnel and training, facilities, data, computer resources, design interface) for systems, subsystems, and equipment.
- Perform logistics element analyses and studies.
- Review reports, technical papers, drawings, specifications, procedures, etc., and generate reports.
- Perform physical inventorying, cataloging, warehousing, material/property control coordination, and data entry in support of various supply activities.
- Assist with the entry and maintenance of logistics support data and documents in computer databases.
- Perform customer interface with minimum supervision to define and report status of routine tasks.
- Prepare routine logistics correspondence.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

**RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION**
- Familiarity with FAR 52.245-1 Government Property. Understanding of the JT4 Property Management Plan.
- Awareness surrounding written procedures, self-assessments, acquisition, receiving, discrepancies, identification, records, receiving and issuing, physical inventory, utilization, excess, movement, storage, commingling, maintenance, and disposal.
- Maintain or ensure the maintenance of auditable records of government-owned property located at the facility and other alternate sites.
- Oversee preparation or prepare internal and external reports pertaining to government property.
- Maintain auditable backup data and files e.g. Loss, Theft, Damage or Destruction of property (LTDD).
- Prepare status reports to management on departmental activities.
- Develop and/or implement process and procedures for performing Self Assessments to determine process control and measurements of all cognizant business units.
- Assist in appropriate phases of the Government's survey during PMSA or out of cycle audit reviews of site's Government Property Management System.
- Able to perform other duties as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE**

**SALARY**

The expected salary range for this position is $68,120 to $79,040 annually.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting to 50 pounds (anything heavier requires two or more people or mechanical assistance), constant sitting and use of a computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing, and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. The incumbent must possess planning/organizing skills, be able to work under deadlines, and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision. The incumbent must be able to work duty days in excess of eight hours and perform shift and weekend work to meet required schedule demands.
