Job Summary

As a part of the Business Applications team, the Salesforce Administrator is a highly cross-functional position that interacts extensively with team members from the executive tier to line-level end-users to ensure a clear understanding of need, impact, and the measure of success. We seek an organized and proactive individual with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills who works both independently and collaboratively with team members. The selected candidate must have the willingness and desire to expand their understanding of Salesforce through active research and continuous education and certification.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement workflows and integration changes to Salesforce
  • Manage new and existing Salesforce features including system configuration, maintenance, enhancements and upgrades, data integrity and security
  • Participate in company-wide projects to enhance Salesforce functionality based on business requirements
  • Work in a fast-paced environment that demands quick results and great outcomes
  • Manage the Salesforce Support Case Queue from intake through issue resolution
  • Provide on-the-job support and assistance to internal users
  • Support and maintain external users via Salesforce Experience Sites
  • Create and manage Reports and Dashboards
  • Create training documentation for new users
  • Manage technical and configuration tasks from ongoing internal projects that will be completed in a Sandbox environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of work experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills

Knowledge in any of the following is a plus:

  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce Experience Sites
  • Dataloader (Import and Exports)
  • Flow
  • Apex
  • Field Service Lightning
  • Lightning Web Components
