Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze cash positions and forecast future cash requirements to optimize liquidity and manage working capital.
  • Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts, liquidity reports, and treasury-related financial analyses.
  • Support the management of banking relationships, including account maintenance and reconciliation.
  • Analyze and recommend investment opportunities, financing options, and strategies to maximize returns and minimize costs.
  • Monitor and manage debt portfolio, including compliance with covenants and debt servicing requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and financial regulations that may impact treasury operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in treasury management, financial analysis, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Knowledge of cash management, investment strategies, and debt financing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with treasury management systems and banking software is a plus.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) are a plus.
