Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with finance and operations to ensure data integrity and alignment of financial information.
  • Continuously evaluate data collection and reporting process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with branch teams to ensure monthly financial information is reported in a timely manner, prepare consolidated financial reports.
  • Manage proforma information for newly acquired branches in the financial reporting system.
  • Setup budget information in financial reporting system, prepare budget to actual reporting and assist management in preparing analysis.
  • Assist in preparing treasury reporting .
  • Produce ad hoc reporting for management .
  • Assist with financial audit requests.



Required Qualifications:


  • Degree in finance, accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Financial Reporting roles.
  • Working understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience with financial reporting software, Sage Intacct is a plus.
  • Experience working in multi-entity environment a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficient with data analysis, forecasting, critical thinking and problem-solving.
