This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate programs and projects to ensure successful outcomes
  • Provide guidance and oversight to team members to ensure effective program implementation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address program needs and challenges
  • Monitor and report on program progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • One year of specialized experience in program management and supervision
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate programs and projects
  • Experience with policy development and implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
