Position: Revenue Cycle Specialist
Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday, flex 6AM-6PM
Day to Day:
- Billing out claims, validating coding, solving rejections
- Denial investigation and management
- Timely follow-up
- Drafting and sending out appeals
- Financial guidance for self-pay accounts
- Interpreting EOBs
- Investigating delinquent accounts
Requirements:
- 2 years+ experience with insurance follow-up, denials & appeals
- Regulatory experience in Private Pay
- Physician experience with CMS 1500 forms
- Government insurance experience (Medicare & Medicaid)
- Commercial insurance experience
- Epic EMR proficiency (non-negotiable, please do not apply if you have not worked on this EMR)
