We are hiring an experienced Equipment Sales Representative for the Oklahoma/Arkansas territory to join our team This position will be selling Heavy Duty Lifts, Light Duty Lifts, Wheel Service Equipment, Lubrication Equipment, Compressed Air Equipment, and ancillary automotive shop equipment to city municipalities, county, state organizations, school districts, transit facilities, private diesel shops, automotive repair shops, etc. You will be required to load and unload equipment, pull a trailer to various customer sites, and demonstrate the product.
We offer a very competitive commission structure with no cap, along with insurance and 401k benefits. If you have existing relationships with tire shops, truck sales or maintenance, bus sales or maintenance, automotive sales or maintenance, heavy equipment sales or maintenance, you are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new accounts
- Business to business sales
- Providing excellent customer service
- Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
- Opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
- Project management
- On-site equipment demonstrations
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- Previous sales experience
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Industry knowledge helpful (automotive/heavy duty vehicles)
- Valid Driver's License with clean MVR
- Ability to pull a trailer and load/un-load heavy duty equipment
- Ability to excel in a results-oriented environment within a sales team
